Once upon a time, I had strictly fruits and salads every single day for a whole month. That didn’t end well and I would binge. No more. I eat what I want… moderately of course. I do have cheat days and a little extra when I know I will burn it off. No reason to feel bad. Call it “reward” for kicking ass…. xoxo

Vitamins and supplements that I take. Though I started taking Vegan multivitamins that combine all of the above. If you are not eating enough food that contains all the necessities our body needs, I suggest you take vitamins. I really try to have vegetables and fruits throughout the day… But when I don’t, pop these pills….
